Cloud 9’s communication tools, information and clinical workflows connect mental healthcare teams to other multidisciplinary care teams allowing delivery of comprehensive, wrap-around services to individuals in their community. Through collaboration and coordination they can more fully serve patients’ complex needs with timely services for whole person care.
